Battery first charge device is a special rectifer developed for first charging process which is a long time process.It shortens the charging time with microprocessor based power control technique and charges battery beter than similar products.         
 Each program consists of different steps where different time and current values can be adjusted.The operator can charge with a certain value of current then change to another value and time by changing these step values.Among the steps, user can load current value as zero and by this batteries could be rested fort hat certain periods of time.In addition to this it also measures the temperature of the batteries and prevents batteries to be defected.  


DC Distribution Panels


DC Distribution Systems are mostly used in hydroelectric plants,thermal plants, energy distribution centrals. Although they are manufactured as 110V can be manufactured between 24 V and 220V DC distribution board can be regulated as one or two rectirifer input and multiple receivers depending on the Project. Circuit cut breaker and fuse are used for every receiver on demand. Besides it can be equipped with measurement tools for measuring the rectifier and voltage current seperately.

Through DC leakage protection system on DC distribution board a fully protection is obtained for eath lekages from – or + busbar. In case of earth leakage system cut off is optional. DC distribution boards are manufactured between  IP20- 54 protection class and have oven-drying paint and steel contruction. Vertical aor mounted types are manufactured as per demand. Since they have compact design rectifier,batteries, distribution system can be placed in the same cabin.

BC rectifier solutions are two stage charging programmed fully automatic battery charging group.,. Devices in this group can be used for all batteries with the nominal voltagevalue 12V up to 48 V and designed to be used with small and easy–use batteries in plug and run format. Rectifier is a machine with microprocessor thyristor is used which enables battery to be charged automatically with automatically adjusted current voltage values  without any intervention.Thyristor control prevents the battery from being effected by fluctations on the network and an extreme regulation would be obtained as well as protection from operator faults.The device has a panel where the operator can follow the entire process.There are LED indicators on the panel showing batter charge level and errors. Charging parameters are pre-loaded during production of the device according to the battery type which will be used with and these parameters can not be changed by the operator.

Cataphoresis Painting Rectifiers

Cataphoresis medhod is a method of collecting paint on the surface of the component with electric current. It is widely used in the industry since high complex parts which need high performance of painting quality or availability of painting of mounted parts are easy to apply in this method


MRS Cataphoresis rectifiers are equipped with the features needed for this process. Recipies can be made by using ramp, current voltage control etc. properties on the work program  so that the paint thickness would be obtained standard. Many steps can be defined by the program and different running time and voltages can be defined for each step.The device can be connected to any automation system as well as it can work manually. Automation system can be controlled by serial communication by an analog reference or by on/off control. It also applies waiting current on failure situations to prevent components from damage by non-current situation. Cataphoresis rectifiers which are manufactured thyristor controlled , can be manufactured 6 pulse or 12 pulse. It presents an extremely sensitive voltage control. Although ten sion control is used in cataphoresis processes current control can also be used.

General Technical Specifications

Plating Thickness ControlMRS control system perceives the surface of the component automatically and calculates the necessary operation time for the desired thickness . The operator just enters the value of desired thickness and pushes the start buton. All the other processes are made by the rectifier automatically.
Measuring TemperatureAnodizing bath should be between  18 - 22 C.Pool temperature is measured by the rectifier and shown on the panel so there won’t be an external measurement needed which allows easier operation. 
Pool Temperature ControlThe minimum and maximum pool temperature values are entered in anodizing programs. The rectifier measures the pool temperature and checks the conformity to the given values and runs the cooling system if needed and stops when it is reached to the desired temperature so there is no need for complex temperature control mechanisms. 
Recipe SystemThe running program is kept in record of the system for aluminum components with different chacteristics. The recipe on the system record is loaded for the different component and  process can be started faster which also ensures standard production as well as keeping out from conflict of which recipe should be applied. 
Functional Operator PanelThe operator panel designed for anodizing rectifiers has touchscreen ,colored and wide screen. All functions of the device can be defined on this screen including calibration process, preparing recipies for components. The operator panel has IP65 protection class which is not effected by the moisture,acid etc.. at the environment and can be used for years safely.
